Planning

As you know I was chair of planning for seven years during the time of Berkhamsted First, and have made it my business to understand planning legislation and DEFRA planning guidance.   We live in a charming market town and must protect it against voracious developers whose interest ends at the point of sale.     Development should be community led and not dictated by the profit motives of those who do not live here.
