History of the Club 1929 - 2003
In the beginning, as all good story tellers like to start, was a discussion by local folk interested in finding a place to play bowls - and that was in February 1928.
The story spans 75 years of dedicated effort by the 'builders' of the Club and tells of volunteers who have, year on year, developed and managed the Green and Club House. And of members honours - in holding Office and winning competitions in Middlesex and more recently in Hertfordshire.
